  1. Cancellations & Refunds

    1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to    [email protected].

    2. Refunds are made based upon the percentage of the course that has been finished and the date that one requests a refund.

    3. Each course has an expected duration to complete. If a cancellation is made after the expected date of completion for the course there will be no refund. i.e. 3 months for Online Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training.

    4. Cancellations made before the expected date of completion will be based upon the days completed and/or the percentage of the course completed.  Whichever is the greater amount.

    5. If the learner has completed the course before the expected date of completion there will be no refund. 

    6. Any Cancellations of the programs, made on our part will be completely refundable. 

    7. Live session - No Shows – There will be no refunds for those who paid for a live session but did not attend.

    8. Cancellation due to death, illness or hospitalization.  Partial refund is possible but some of the fees may be applied to future courses with Anuttara. 

    9. If the institution has received fees in excess of the amount it is entitled to, the excess amount must be refunded.

  2. Refunds, Withdrawal and Dismissal

    1. Participants must receive a verbal and written warning before being asked to leave a program, retreat or training.

    2. If a student withdraws or is dismissed during the period of instruction specified, no refund is required.

    3. If a student does not meet the program specific requirements for graduation, and they have received either a verbal or written warning, the institution will not refund any of the payments made to date. 

    4. Refunds owed to students must be paid within 30 days of the institution receiving written notification of withdrawal and all required supporting documentation, or within 30 days of an institution’s written notice of dismissal.

  1. Payment Plans

    1. All Payment plans will be completed.

    2. Once a customer has agreed to a payment plan they have committed to making all of the payments. 

    3. Extensions may be possible in some extraneous circumstances.  

    4. It is not possible to cancel a payment plan.
